About The Position

We are looking for a Data Engineering Team Lead to design and scale modern data platforms that power reliable analytics and business insights. In this role, you’ll guide the development of robust data pipelines and cloud-based data infrastructure while mentoring engineers and shaping technical architecture. Working with technologies like Python, Snowflake, dbt, and Airflow, you’ll drive best practices in data engineering, enabling scalable, high-quality data systems in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• +5 years of experience in Python, SQL, and Bash
• Experience with Snowflake, Apache Airflow and Streamlit
• Experience with dbt or strong SQL-based transformation experience
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and GitLab CI/CD
• System architecture and team lead experience
• Experience shipping multiple products
• Great communication skills as well as stakeholder management and requirements gathering
• Experience working in an environment leveraging remote communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Gitlab, Slack, JIRA)
• A strong sense of ownership, attention to detail and willingness to overcome every challenge with the same level of energy
• Strong software engineering foundation
• Upper-intermediate English level
