About The Position

The Atlas Team operates at the intersection of Vehicle Design and Software/Data Engineering. We’re seeking a candidate to help us build out our application ecosystem! International is pioneering a cleaner, more sustainable future in the transportation industry and is transforming from a supplier of trucks and buses to a provider of complete and sustainable transport solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of data engineering, data quality and/or analytics or statistical analysis experience OR Master's degree and at least 1 year of data engineering, data quality and/or analytics or statistical analysis experience OR At least 5 years of data engineering, data quality and/or analytics or statistical analysis experience
  • Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
  • We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)

Nice To Haves

  • 5 years of data engineering, data quality/analytics, statistics or related experience

  • Excellent in languages such as SQL, Python, and PySpark
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-based data platforms such as Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, or Databricks
  • Deep understanding of data engineering concepts such as medallion architecture, data governance, and distributed systems

Responsibilities

  • Transform raw, complex data into governed high-performance pipelines using cutting-edge tools such as Databricks
  • Build and rigorously test data products to support analytics, operational reporting, and real-time decision-making
  • Build scalable pipelines that bring together data from legacy and modern enterprise platforms including DB2, Teradata, Hadoop, and Snowflake
  • Lead the design and delivery of Azure based data engineering solutions using ADF, ADLS, and Databricks
  • Define, enforce, and educate the team on data engineering standards
  • Build RESTful APIs, event-driven pipelines, and integrate third-party services
  • Support CI/CD deployments, auditing, and troubleshooting across environments
