Requirements

Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Information Technology related field; OR Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Information Technology related field with 2 years of related work experience.
Demonstrated skills/knowledge of Python programming language, SQL relational database and NoSQL database, data structures, data models, data visualization, and automated testing.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines for data management, product quality and release readiness.
Develop and implement test plans and test cases.
Reproduce, debug, and isolate problems and verify code change and bug fixes.
Utilize the latest innovative test technologies to improve product test strategy.
Work with product developers/design team to derive release testing requirements through the development cycle.
Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture.
Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional/non-functional business requirements.
Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, redesigning infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and ‘big data’ technologies.
Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics.
Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Development, Data and Design teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.
Keep data separate and secure across boundaries through different regions.
Create data tools for analytics and data scientist team members that assist them in building and optimizing our product into an innovative industry leader.
Work with data and analytics experts to strive for greater functionality in our data systems.
Protect the data and systems of Crisis24 and its stakeholders by adhering to policies, reporting incidents and potential problems, completing regular training, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
