This role will require 3 days per week at the local Mississauga office or a client site located in the Greater Toronto Area. Preferred hiring locations for this role is Mississauga.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field
3+ years of strong demonstrated experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) - Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, IAM
2+ years of hands-on experience coding in Python, SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java / J2EE, HTML, CSS
2+ years of AI/ML experience with a solid understanding of Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and experience with Vertex AI or similar orchestration frameworks

Nice To Haves

Experience with conversational AI and customer implementations
Familiar with or open to developing C++ expertise.
Google Internal Infrastructure/Tooling: Experience with Boq Server Platform(Boq Angular, Apps Framework) and Scaffolding.
Working knowledge of Data pipelines using PLX tools(Scripts, Workflows, and Dashboards), usage of Placer for data transfers.
Experience with developing Borg and Borgcron based Jobs.
Usage and integration with Stubby API's.
Google Cloud Digital Leader – foundational cloud knowledge needed for operating within GCP.
Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer (ACE) – validates hands‑on ability with GCP services such as Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, IAM, VPC, and integrations.

Responsibilities

Develop, and maintain technical solutions including Full Stack Applications, ETL pipelines/Batch jobs, SQL based visualization dashboards, and Generative AI based Chat bots.
Engage with clients/stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, delivering solutions that align with business goals.
Monitor, debug, and troubleshoot production systems.
