About The Position

The Data Engineer, Data360 & Tableau is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining customer data solutions, reporting infrastructure, and analytics capabilities that support enterprise growth and decision-making. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and leadership teams to develop scalable data pipelines, Customer 360 solutions, and business intelligence tools that provide actionable insights into customer, referral source, and operational performance. The Data Engineer combines expertise in data engineering, Tableau development, data integration, and customer intelligence to strengthen data governance, reporting consistency, and organizational visibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, analytics, customer data platforms, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with Data360, Customer 360 solutions, or similar customer data platforms
  • Advanced Tableau development, data visualization, and reporting experience
  • Experience building and maintaining data pipelines, integrations, ETL processes, and enterprise data models
  • Strong knowledge of data architecture, governance, and data quality best practices

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, integrations, and data models that support Customer 360 initiatives and enterprise reporting capabilities
  • Build and optimize Tableau dashboards, executive reporting, and customer intelligence solutions that drive operational and strategic decision-making
  • Integrate data across Salesforce and other enterprise systems to create a unified view of customers, referral sources, partners, and business performance
  • Ensure data quality, governance, consistency, and reliability across reporting platforms and data environments
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define reporting requirements, develop analytics solutions, and deliver actionable business insights
  • Support customer segmentation, forecasting, referral source analytics, and growth-focused reporting initiatives
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence leadership on enterprise data strategy, architecture, automation, and continuous improvement efforts
