About The Position

Synera builds the AI agent platform that lets hardware engineers connect their tools and automate their workflows. The company sells to the world's leading engineering organizations and operates in an automated, data-driven, and AI-first manner. This role will own the end-to-end GTM (Go-To-Market) engine, which includes Salesforce, HubSpot, a Timescale data warehouse with Airflow pipelines, Power BI for reporting, and an AI agent layer. The position is responsible for the data foundation of an internal superagent, an AI layer over all of Synera's business data and tools. The goal is to make this superagent smarter through reliable data pipelines, clean data, and integrated systems. The role requires a builder who is comfortable with data engineering, CRM administration, automation, and using LLMs as a daily tool. The position reports into Business Operations and offers a direct line to company operations.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience administering Salesforce in a B2B sales organization.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot or a comparable marketing-automation platform.
  • Comfortable in the data layer: SQL proficiency.
  • Experience building ETL/data pipelines (Airflow or similar) and data models.
  • Ability to debug data sync issues across multiple tools.
  • Experience building reporting and forecasting that is actively used.
  • Proficiency in scripting, APIs, workflow tools, and AI agents for scaling.
  • Experience using LLMs as a daily working tool.
  • Confident communication in English.
  • Clear communication with non-technical colleagues, sales reps, marketers, and executives.
  • Ownership mentality: documenting work, proactively identifying issues, and fixing systems rather than symptoms.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce certification.
  • German language skills.

Responsibilities

  • Extract data from GTM and business systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, product, finance) into the data warehouse, structuring and annotating it for querying.
  • Build and own data flows, including ETL pipelines (Airflow/Timescale), data models, and sync jobs for system consistency.
  • Build reporting and forecasting layers (Power BI, Salesforce reports, forecast models) for leadership.
  • Extrapolate from pipeline, funnel, and usage data to predict business direction.
  • Model and expose data (warehouse models, APIs, MCP connectors) for AI agents and the company's superagent.
  • Ensure transformations are version-controlled, tested, and documented.
  • Treat data quality as a product, incorporating monitoring, validation, and hygiene.
  • Administer Salesforce, including implementing, maintaining, and improving objects, fields, flows, validation rules, permission sets, and lead routing.
  • Administer HubSpot, managing marketing automation, channel integrations, and performance/pipeline attribution.
  • Ship changes like an engineer: test in sandbox, deploy in production, and enable the team.
  • Own interfaces such as Salesforce <> HubSpot sync, enrichment and outbound tooling (Clay, Instantly), data-warehouse feeds, and AI integrations.
  • Manage users, permissions, and licenses across the GTM stack, and evaluate new tools and consolidate overlapping ones.
  • Support the entire customer journey by unblocking and enabling Sales Dev, AEs, Marketing, and CS in the CRM.
  • Turn recurring questions into processes, self-serve dashboards, documentation, automations, and agents.
