Staying current on industry trends and fostering cross-functional collaboration are also important aspects of this position. The role requires substantial knowledge and expertise in complex data management, with master-level conceptual expertise and knowledge of broader related areas. It serves as a primary subject matter expert, consulting on business information management processes and procedures. Expert analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with fluency in multiple programming languages. The role involves working autonomously, coaching others, and managing/directing activities related to the analysis, design, and support of business information management solutions. In-depth expertise with big data solutions and familiarity with big data technologies are expected, along with keeping abreast of rapid business and technology innovation in business information management.
