The Screening Solutions organization supports accurate, compliant, and timely background screening through the Court Research and Retrieval Group (CRRG) and Service Centers. The team specializes in researching, interpreting, and delivering public record information sourced from courts, state agencies, and trusted partners. By collaborating across business units and leveraging standardized processes, the team ensures high-quality results that meet both regulatory requirements and customer expectations. The Records Research Specialist is an experienced individual contributor responsible for researching and analyzing public record information for background screening purposes. This role supports Screening Solutions operations by reviewing, interpreting, and fulfilling court and public record data with a high degree of accuracy and compliance. The position may be based in CRRG or a Service Center environment and requires the ability to work independently while managing complex search types and exceptions.
