About The Position

The Data Communications Specialist supports Numerator’s data science and analytics teams with clients and internal stakeholders. This role is responsible for drafting and editing communication around complex data concepts—such as calibration, monitoring, and data quality triage— so that we have clear, accurate, and actionable communications. The specialist works with Data Communications and Consulting to determine what information is necessary, for whom, and when, ensuring the right level of detail is delivered without losing precision or trust.

• Partnering with data science and engineering teams
• Creating clear documentation of data methodologies, quality checks, and processes
• Translating complex data into client-ready insights and presentations
• Recommending effective communication strategies based on audience needs
• Clarifying data definitions, limitations, and best practices
• Developing training materials and documentation
• Creating clear visual and verbal data narratives with technical accuracy
• Maintaining consistency across communication materials and presentations
• Enhancing internal data communication AI agents

• Enhance Numerator’s internal data communication AI agent to drive efficiency.
