About The Position

The Data Clerk is primarily responsible for the accurate input, thorough review, and systematic verification of sensitive financial, client, and transactional records. This role contributes to the overall efficiency and reliability of the organization's data management systems.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in data entry with a strong emphasis on accuracy and speed.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with database management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data security standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree or higher in business, finance, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain financial data in company databases and systems on a daily basis.
  • Verify data for completeness and correctness, identifying and resolving discrepancies or errors promptly.
  • Organize and file physical and electronic documents to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with record-keeping policies.
  • Assist in preparing reports and summaries by extracting relevant data as requested by management or other departments.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to support data-related projects and improve data management processes.
