About The Position

Join a team building one of the world’s first AI‑focused data centers, designed from the ground up with cutting‑edge GPUs, liquid cooling, and next‑gen cloud technology. With rapid expansion underway, this role offers real growth opportunities—both technically and into leadership. This is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, IN.

Requirements

• Data center and hardware troubleshooting experience
• Layer 1 Networking fundamentals and cabling
• Associate’s degree in IT or equivalent experience
• Must be interested in relocation to North Dakota if not already in the area

Responsibilities

• Rack, stack, cable, and install servers and network equipment
• Troubleshoot hardware, network, and system issues
• Perform diagnostics and root cause analysis
• Maintain inventory and documentation
• Support data center operations
• Assist with training and site expansion efforts
