About The Position

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Data Center Technicians across multiple experience levels to support the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and operation of critical data center infrastructure. Successful candidates ill play a key role in ensuring the availability, reliability, and scalability of server, network, and power systems supporting enterprise and cloud-based environments.

Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Basic understanding of computer hardware and networking concepts.
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certification.
Linux and Windows Server fundamentals.
Networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing.
Structured cabling standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, rack, stack, and decommission servers, storage systems, and network equipment.
Perform cable installation, management, labeling, and documentation.
Monitor data center hardware and respond to operational alerts.
Troubleshoot hardware failures and coordinate equipment replacement.
Execute standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintenance windows, and change management activities.
Maintain accurate inventory and asset tracking records.
Support compliance, security, and environmental requirements within the data center.
