Data Center Technician Instructor
About The Position
We are seeking experienced HVAC, BAS, Controls, Chiller, or Critical Cooling Technicians to share their knowledge and train the next generation of data center technicians. This role involves teaching various aspects of data center infrastructure, including HVAC Controls, BAS, Chilled Water Systems, Electrical Troubleshooting, DDC Controls, Networking Fundamentals, and Safe Work Practices. No prior teaching experience is required, as industry experience is the primary focus. The position offers a predictable Monday-Friday schedule with minimal travel, allowing professionals to stay connected to the trade while making a significant impact by shaping the future workforce.
Requirements
- HVAC Controls, BAS, HVAC Service, or Cooling Systems experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Passion for mentoring others
- Comfortable with technology and technical documentation
- Industry experience matters most
