About The Position

This is a part of a long‑term, multi‑year training initiative with significant scale. The program is expected to train tens of thousands of technicians over time, creating strong stability for trainers who perform well. This is a Contract position based out of Columbus, OH.

Requirements

• Seasoned data center technician
• Ability to lead instructor-led classroom sessions for 24-30 adult learners
• Experience delivering advanced technical instruction through lecture, hands-on labs, and assessments
• Knowledge of structured cabling and telecom concepts with an emphasis on fiber installation and safety
• Ability to break down complex technical topics for entry-level learners
• Experience partnering with another trainer in a co-delivery model
• Ability to maintain classroom structure, pacing, and learner engagement
• Experience preparing and maintaining training labs, tools, and environments
• Experience evaluating learner performance and completing reporting and assessments
• Ability to provide feedback and recommendations to training leadership
• Experience supporting continuous improvement of training delivery and curriculum
