About The Position

This is a part of a long‑term, multi‑year training initiative with significant scale. The program is expected to train tens of thousands of technicians over time, creating strong stability for trainers who perform well. This role involves leading instructor‑led classroom sessions for 24–30 adult learners, delivering advanced technical instruction through lecture, hands‑on labs, and assessments. The focus will be on teaching structured cabling and telecom concepts with an emphasis on fiber installation and safety, breaking down complex technical topics for entry‑level learners with little to no prior experience. Responsibilities also include preparing and maintaining training labs, tools, and environments, evaluating learner performance, completing reporting and assessments, providing feedback and recommendations to training leadership, and supporting continuous improvement of training delivery and curriculum.
