Requirements

  • 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.
  • Experience in data center engineering, secure facility buildouts (preferably SCIF), and network infrastructure.
  • Strong project management experience with proven ability to manage timelines, resources, and cross functional teams.
  • Ability to interpret and apply security standards and facility requirements.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in hybrid settings and coordinate stakeholders both onsite and remotely.
  • Ability to travel to overseas locations.
  • Must possess and maintain an active TS/SCI clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community programs.
  • Experience in Hybrid Cloud Solutions- Commercial Cloud Certification is a PLUS.
  • Experience with large-scale facility modernization or classified infrastructure deployments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support data center engineering activities, including planning, design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of secure systems and infrastructure.
  • Manage end to end SCIF buildout projects, ensuring compliance with all security, facility, and accreditation requirements.
  • Oversee network engineering tasks, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and modernization of secure networks.
  • Serve as the program manager for technical and facility initiatives, developing schedules, managing resources, tracking milestones, and providing status updates to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross functional teams, subcontractors, and government stakeholders to ensure successful completion of deliverables.
  • Ensure all work adheres to regulatory guidance, security protocols, and applicable federal standards.
  • Support hybrid work operations, including onsite secure facility engagement and remote coordination as needed.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for systems, projects, and compliance requirements.
  • Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure technical and operational continuity.
  • Additional duties as assigned or required.
