Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Technical/Military/Trade School training with relevant experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
Nice To Haves
- Data center, electrical, mechanical, or facilities experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support the operation and maintenance of critical systems including generators, UPS, switchgear, power distribution, cooling equipment, and building monitoring systems.
- Coordinate vendors and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient facility operations.
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational reporting.
- Assist with capacity planning, asset management, and facility improvement projects.
- Collaborate with technical teams to maintain reliability, safety, and uptime.
