Travel Fiber Data Center Tech
About The Position
This role requires 75% nationwide travel and 25% work in the home market. We are assembling a Tiger Team of Level 2 Data Center Technicians to support the Hi‑Fiber project for a major hyperscale customer. The Hi‑Fiber initiative focuses on upgrading legacy coax cabling to fiber infrastructure across data center locations. This team will be the first on site at new locations, responsible for establishing processes, procedures, and best practices during the initial 6–8 weeks of each deployment. Once the site is stabilized, the team will move on to the next location to repeat the process. During downtime between projects, technicians will support operations at data centers within their home markets. We are seeking experienced data center technicians who can step in and contribute immediately. Long‑term project execution will later be supported by Level 1 cable technicians.

Responsibilities
