About The Position

The Talent Operations and Workforce Coordination role is an individual contributor position responsible for strengthening operational rigor, workforce visibility, and execution discipline across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) data center construction programs. This role serves as a key operational enabler for construction leadership, supporting hiring managers and cross-functional teams through workforce planning, governance, organizational coordination, and talent lifecycle execution. The position drives workforce readiness by facilitating hiring operations, headcount tracking, reporting, and stakeholder alignment to ensure teams are appropriately staffed and operationally prepared to meet business objectives. Working across Talent Acquisition, HR, business leadership, and program teams, the role helps optimize workforce processes, improve operational efficiency, and maintain organizational continuity within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The role is internal-facing, focused on enabling leadership effectiveness and improving decision-making across large, complex delivery portfolios. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) data center construction programs
