About The Position

We are seeking a Data Center Supply Chain Lead to join our Mission-Critical Data Center team. This team is growing rapidly and is working on some of the most exciting projects in North America. Your role will involve leading supply chain planning, negotiations, and execution for data center programs. You will work closely with Cost, Scheduling, and Design/Engineering teams to provide certainty, track Purchase Orders and lead times against budget, contract terms, and forecasts. Additionally, you will assist in developing mitigation strategies for all OFCI equipment, analyze project documents to identify potential risks, opportunities, and cost-saving measures, and participate in project meetings, providing ongoing support to project teams throughout all project phases. Collaboration with site teams and client leads is essential, as is supporting program-wide efforts to reduce costs and increase cost certainty. You will act as a primary contact for data center clients, ensuring all objectives are achieved, and travel to client sites/offices as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain with data centers.
  • Strong foundation in budgeting, financial reporting, estimating systems and software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Construction consultancy experience preferred.

Responsibilities
