About The Position

The Data Center Supervisor leads production associates responsible for loading and unloading freight, accounting for materials using multiple systems, and overseeing the assembly and installation of server racks and their components. The role coordinates inventory activities, supports associates, maintains safety and service standards, and monitors production operations for quality and compliance. The position is based in Lancaster, USA, and is scheduled Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Requirements

• Solid interpersonal skills.
• Solid analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to pass applicable government, airport, or company-required background checks, clearances, and drug and alcohol tests.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• Generally preferred: 3–6 years of experience in material handling operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, organize, and coordinate cycle counts, inventory replenishments, and material returns.
• Ensure adequate safety measures are followed to protect personnel and property.
• Advise subordinates on questions or problems related to work activities.
• Monitor work and examine production areas for accuracy, neatness, and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Recommend and implement documented procedural changes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Perform or assist subordinates in their duties.
• Maintain service level agreements using existing systems and tools, and ensure subordinates follow safety protocols and standards.
• Supervise activities involving freight loading and unloading, material accounting, and server rack assembly and installation.
