About The Position

B.H. Inc. is seeking a full-time Data Center Project Manager to oversee data center construction projects, starting with a project in Turkey, Texas. This role requires the Project Manager to be on-site 100% of the time and work directly with the project director. The primary responsibility is the overall profitability of the job, which involves managing all electrical aspects, defining project scope and deliverables, and managing constraints. The role also includes creating clear project objectives, overseeing project quality, communicating with customers to identify needs and evaluate solutions, and planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to agreements and budget. Additionally, the Data Center Project Manager will collaborate with the VP, PD, and HR on interviewing, hiring, and training employees, and will utilize leadership skills to coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise the team.

Requirements

3-5 years experience in data center construction environment preferred
Familiarity with mechanical, electrical and plumbing
Willingness to be on site 100% of the time
Proven history handling multi-million-dollar projects
Strong communication skills

Nice To Haves

Electrical Journeyman License preferred
Construction Management degree is preferred, but not required.
