About The Position

B.H. Inc. is seeking a full-time Data Center Project Manager to oversee data center construction projects, with the initial project located in Turkey, Texas. This role requires the Project Manager to be on-site 100% of the time and work directly with the project director. The position offers a competitive salary and eligibility for Per Diem, along with benefits such as health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401k plan with match, paid time off (PTO), and a vehicle allowance.

Requirements

Familiarity with mechanical, electrical and plumbing.

Nice To Haves

Electrical Journeyman License preferred
3-5 years experience in data center construction environment preferred
Construction Management degree is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Manage data center construction projects.
Manage all electrical aspects of the job, including defining project scope and deliverables while managing constraints.
Create clear and attainable project objectives and oversee the projects' quality.
Communicate with customers to identify needs and evaluate alternative solutions.
Plan, execute, and finalize industrial projects according to contractual agreements and budget.
Oversee all job interviewing, hiring, and training for employees in conjunction with the VP, PD, and human resources.
Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise the team.
