We are hiring a Data Center Program Manager to lead a segment of our Strategic Accounts team, ensuring consistent program execution, driving operational excellence initiatives, and overseeing the implementation of digital tools and processes. This role is pivotal in advancing project management practices across the organization, enabling data-driven decisions, improving financial outcomes, and enhancing customer satisfaction on projects through continuous improvements of Project Management processes by field based Project Managers. This role can be remote or if located near an Eaton Service office a hybrid schedule is offered. Anticipated travel is 25%. The expected annual salary range for this role is $130,000 - $176,000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
