About The Position

GXO is seeking a Data Center Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and lead a team. The role is scheduled for the weekend first shift, Thursday through Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The supervisor will support operational efficiency, team performance, quality, customer service, continuous improvement, and a clean work environment. Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.
• Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to reach, including above the head, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel.
• Ability to handle or manage tools or equipment.
• Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment.
• Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience.

• Ensure efficient daily warehouse operations.
• Prepare schedules.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
