About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Center Logistics Technician to support inventory, warehouse, and material management operations within a fast-paced data center environment. This role is critical to ensuring servers, network equipment, cabling, tools, and infrastructure components are accurately received, tracked, stored, and delivered to support data center deployments and operations.

Requirements

Highly organized and detail-oriented
Experience with inventory management systems
Experience with asset tracking tools
Ability to perform inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities
Ability to stage materials and equipment for data center installations, rack deployments, and maintenance activities
Ability to coordinate shipping and receiving activities with vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders
Experience processing RMAs (Return Material Authorizations) and managing equipment returns.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, verify, and process inbound shipments of servers, network hardware, switches, racks, and infrastructure equipment.
Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems and asset tracking tools.
Perform inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities to ensure inventory accuracy.
Stage materials and equipment for data center installations, rack deployments, and maintenance activities.
Coordinate shipping and receiving activities with vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
Process RMAs (Return Material Authorizations) and manage equipment returns.
