About The Position

The Facilities Manager role is within the Parlement Technologies "Alchemy Data Centers". Our data centers have been operating in Southern California since 1995 in downtown Los Angeles and Irvine CA. We are actively looking for a full-time data center facility manager.

Requirements

Minimum of 3+ years of facility staff/management
Some college coursework or equivalent experience preferred
Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel
Professional demeanor

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of data center operations
Knowledge of various types of power circuits and power distribution units.
Knowledge of Telecommunications and connection types.
General clean up and daily waste disposal
Passionate about delivering consistent excellence
Server and network soft knowledge
Ability to use telecommunication testing tools.

Working understanding of the major building facility systems including cooling, electrical distributing, power backup, security, life safety, kitchen and restroom functions
