Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience with energy management systems (EMS), maintenance management software (MMS), industrial air conditioning, or electrical maintenance and installation.
  • Proficiency in maintenance work within commercial properties.
  • At least 1 year of technician work experience within the service industry, dealing with complex systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Possess a valid Driver's License.
  • Hold a Universal Refrigeration Certificate.

Responsibilities

  • Physically capable of climbing ladders, walking long distances within large complexes, and safely lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to obtain government security clearance or certification, such as DOD or VA.
  • Comfortable working outdoors, in mechanical rooms, and in computer environments.
  • Proficiency in operating company vehicles, radios, and assigned equipment.
  • Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Flexible to work additional or irregular hours as needed, adhering to local regulations.
  • Adhere to corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understanding the importance of safeguarding corporate and client assets, and taking appropriate action to prevent and report security breaches within the scope of the position.
