Requirements

2 years of related experience preferred
Finance or Accounting background preferred

Responsibilities

Creates Purchase Requisitions for the country/region expenses within a limited scope
Monitors purchase order quality and provides KPI reporting in order to improve process
Works with requestors to make sure POs receipted correctly and timely
Updates commitment values vs. POs & working with Ops Finance/General Ledger, assesses what commitments have not been made vs. budget
Ensures compliance of Purchase Requests (5 W’s), all required contracts/legal approvals, accounting codes and competitive bids
Contacts vendor for invoices where necessary
Solves billing/invoice problems related to the country/region expenses
Responsible for running and providing purchase order commitment reporting to Data Center teams
Navigate commitment tracking report, updating purchase order information, and fund reallocation when communicated by Data Center teams
Supports vendors as key point of contact for query resolution management working closely with Accounts Payable team
Acts as the link between the business and finance to meet commitments
