About The Position

They define data center system-level architectures, specifying performance requirements and creating conceptual design and programming requirements. Engineers may focus on one aspect of data center construction such as site construction, power or cooling facilities, etc. Along with a team of great minds, you take on complex topics like how we use power or how to run state-of-the-art, environmentally-friendly facilities. You're a visionary who optimizes for efficiencies and never stops seeking improvements -- even small changes that can make a huge impact. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.

Nice To Haves

  • Currently attending a degree program in the US and available to work full time for 12 weeks outside of university term time.
  • In their penultimate academic year or returning to a degree program after completion of the internship.
  • Ability to understand and develop power system architectures, products, system design, operations, maintenance, and procedures.
  • Ability to develop technical documentation, perform power system modeling and simulation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to use tools to produce highly accurate analyses that ensure designs satisfy safety requirements.
  • Exposure to CAE tools and ability to produce analyses that inform or support design decisions.
