About The Position

The Data Center Associate is an entry-level leadership role overseeing production associates performing freight loading and unloading, material accounting across multiple systems, and the assembly and installation of server racks and components. The position coordinates inventory activities, supports safe and accurate work, and helps maintain service-level agreements. The selected employee remains at their home site and travels to support the project. Positions may be filled from DSV Pandora sites in Canada and the United States.

Requirements

• Solid interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to pass applicable federal, state, local government, airport, or company-required background checks, clearances, and drug and alcohol tests.
• Ability to perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• Generally, 3–6 years of experience in material handling operations are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, organize, and coordinate cycle counts, inventory replenishments, and material returns.
• Ensure adequate safety measures are followed to protect personnel and property.
• Advise subordinates on questions or problems related to work activities.
• Monitor work and inspect production areas for accuracy, neatness, and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Recommend and implement documented procedural changes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Perform or assist subordinates with their duties.
• Use internal and external systems and dashboards to support process compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain service-level agreements using available systems and tools and ensure subordinates follow safety protocols and standards.
• Travel from the employee’s home site to support the project.
