In this context we are looking for a Data & Automation Manager to join our team at the following locations: Peachtree City, Georgia, Herndon, VA, Miami, FL. This role provides analytical support and insights to global Commercial teams while leading the development and deployment of automation solutions. The manager acts as a catalyst for a data-driven culture, ensuring data availability, maintaining critical dashboards, and exploring new Data and Automation solutions to improve commercial efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Business Information Technology or similar.
3+ working experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analytics, or Process Automation role.
Ability to travel up to 15% Domestic and International.
Basic understanding of Customer Resolution Services processes.
Ability to extract and analyze data from Business Intelligence software and CRM.
Affinity to IT systems / familiar with the organizational tools landscape, e.g., SAP, Freshdesk.
Authorized to work in the respective region without current or future need for visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a business consultancy company highly desired.
AI programming certifications, preferred.
Additional certifications in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure data availability and compliance in Data Analytics platforms such as Skywise and apply the data mesh principles of Satair, taking ownership on data products.
Advocate and position data products within the Data & Automation communities in Satair.
Create, maintain, and take ownership of data products and dashboards in Skywise, Qlik, and other tools.
Leverage AI to develop automation solutions, explore new Data and Automation solutions, and select the appropriate solutions for each project.
Drive the change related to Data & Automation according Satair’s strategies into a process- and data driven company and organization.
Use business data and statistical methods to provide insight into business performance, suggest areas of improvement, and support competitive proposals.
Lead and deploy improvements with internal/external stakeholders, interface with the automation COE, and provide training concepts to embark the organization on the usage of digital applications and Robotics.
Be responsible to lead and deploy improvements and deliver Data Analytics & Automation solutions accordingly with internal and external stakeholders as well as with external Customers.
Other duties as assigned.
