About The Position

The Data Associate is responsible for assisting customers (including any required communication within the Ingest comment section) with the extraction of data from their systems, transforming the data into our Common Data Model (CDM), and uploading this data into Inflo.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Highly organised, collaborative and detail oriented
• Good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Basic accountancy knowledge
• Experience in a similar role

Responsibilities

• Extracting and transforming customer data
• Efficient and effective manual data processing
• Keeping up to date with product knowledge
• Keeping up to date with accounting systems
• Escalating internally any customer feedback
