About The Position

Humana’s MP Brokerage organization is seeking a fully remote Data and Reporting Professional. Reporting to the Associate Director, Data and Reporting, this role creates ad hoc reports and regular datasets or report information for end users using system tools, database or data warehouse queries, and scripts. Assignments are varied and often require interpretation and independent judgment about appropriate courses of action. The Data and Reporting Professional 2 integrates data from multiple sources; programs and maintains report formats, dashboards, data generators, canned reports, and other end-user information resources; and may develop report specifications in response to business requests. The role requires understanding departmental, segment, and organizational strategies and operating goals and their relationships to other areas. The professional makes decisions about their own work methods, sometimes in ambiguous situations, with minimal direction and guidance as needed, while following established procedures. This is a fully remote, 40-hour-per-week position with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings may be required. Remote employees must have internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds and work from a dedicated space that protects member PHI/HIPAA information.
