About The Position

As a Data and Performance Analyst, you will excel by leveraging and analyzing data to support operational performance. You will contribute to a better understanding of the direct insurance sector for individuals by producing relevant analyses and reports. In collaboration with teams and actuaries, you will participate in monitoring key indicators and projects, while using your programming skills to optimize the use of analytical tools and support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, administration, or another relevant field.
  • 5 years of experience in similar roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of database and programming languages (R, SQL), as well as statistical methods and tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge in omnichannel call centers will be considered an asset.
  • Knowledge in the field of damage insurance will be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, produce, and maintain monitoring reports or dashboards, analyze them to monitor various performance indicators, and identify emerging trends.
  • Propose and incorporate continuous improvements to existing tools and reports while prioritizing the most important tasks within the team.
  • Update and generate reports, and distribute them to executives and various stakeholders on a recurring basis.
  • Support actuarial science in the extraction, manipulation, and valuation of data in the team's various analyses.
  • Participate in or take charge of analyses at the business analytics level.
