The Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO) is seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Data and Contracts Associate. This role is crucial for creating process flow organization for all contracts, coordinating and completing reporting for all CEO contracts, and partnering on audit processes and submissions. The Associate will ensure all aspects of enrollment, eligibility, performance tracking, and reporting on contracts are planned in coordination with site leadership, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of reports to meet the needs of contracting partners. This position plays a vital role in initiating contracts, meeting deliverables, and advancing CEO's mission of providing comprehensive employment services to individuals recently released from incarceration. The Data and Contracts Associate will organize contract requirements, eligibility documents, and audit submissions, serving as the in-house expert on reporting into local and statewide data systems. This role collaborates closely with the program leadership team, including the Deputy Executive Director, Program Director, Regional Directors, and Site Directors, as well as the Business Development team. The region's contracts and grants include city, county, and state government contracts, as well as philanthropic grants. The position demands a high level of organization, planning, and attention to detail for managing analysis, reporting, invoicing, compliance, audit, and data entry related to contracts.
