As our Bilingual Data & Compliance Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Early Intervention team by ensuring the accuracy of client information, coordinating insurance processes, managing program data, and helping maintain compliance with state and funding requirements. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in administrative support, database management, data analysis, or report writing.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (required).
  • Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn multiple software systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto liability insurance.
  • Flexibility to work occasional adjusted hours as program needs require.

Responsibilities

  • Verify client insurance eligibility and resolve coverage issues to support reimbursement and uninterrupted services.
  • Manage referrals, client records, and documentation across multiple databases with exceptional accuracy.
  • Become an expert in our data systems, including Apricot and Welligent, ensuring efficient and compliant record management.
  • Generate reports, analyze data, and provide valuable information to support program operations and leadership.
  • Monitor documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with state and agency standards.
  • Coordinate physician authorizations and insurance billing for therapeutic services outlined in Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
  • Collaborate with staff, healthcare providers, funders, and community partners to support quality services for children and families.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality and implement solutions that strengthen program operations.
  • Provide Spanish-English interpretation and translation to help families understand services, documentation, and program requirements.
