Responsibilities
- Guide the engineering team on instrumentation, equipment, and software needed for compliant testing.
- Support laboratory operations and quality teams with processes and procedures required to ensure compliant testing.
- Validate compliance of measurement instrumentation, diagnostics, and calibrations.
- Validate compliance of test procedures and data collected for each required test or test sequence.
- Collaborate with teams to solve problems and improve FTQ.
- Collaborate with teams to develop tools and processes that improve efficiency.
- Lead innovation activities in the Quality Department.
- Complete quality-systems-related activities.
- Train team members on tools and processes.
- Maintain project Standard Work documents.
- Review data and perform statistical analysis.
- Maintain the status of the department, projects, and Business Plan Deployment-related tasks.
- Maintain quality reports for laboratory and operations and issue monthly status reports.
- Perform data acquisition and database management using PC software packages, and keep records of status and changes.
