About The Position
This role is responsible for driving data democratization activities to foster a data-driven decision-making culture at TMNA. The position involves developing and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports, creating data workflows and automation, analyzing key business metrics, and collaborating with various cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science OR equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of total experience.
- AWS or Azure Data certifications.
- 7-8 years of experience in data wrangling, profiling, testing tools.
- 7-8 years of experience in Power BI and/or Tableau, PowerApps, Alteryx and/or KNIME.
- 5-6 years of experience in Cloud platforms: AWS and/or Azure.
- Proficient in complex SQL and Excel.
- Exposure to Python or R.
Responsibilities
- Drive data democratization activities to foster a data-driven decision-making culture at TMNA.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and PowerApps.
- Develop data workflows and automation using Alteryx, KNIME, or similar data analytics tools.
- Analyze customer behavior, supply chain metrics, and manufacturing KPIs to support operational decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and digital product teams.
