About The Position

This internship program is a ten-week opportunity located in Chicago, IL, designed to help interns build relevant skills, work on meaningful projects, and participate in a collaborative program for early career development. Interns will work directly with their team on day-to-day tasks and participate in program events to develop new skills, network with senior leaders, and connect with fellow interns. A recruiter will assist in determining the best team placement based on interests, skill set, and experience. The application deadline is October 9, 2026, 11:59pm Central, but applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and programs may close once positions are filled. Applicants are limited to a maximum of 3 job postings per recruitment season in North America.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree at an accredited college or university, with a major in fields such as Business Administration, Management, Change Management, Risk Management, Operations Management & Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, Psychology, Public Policy, or other related disciplines, with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and Summer 2028.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Curiosity about financial markets and interest in learning more about the financial services industry.
  • Proven analytical, data interpretation, problem-solving, critical and strategic thinking skills through coursework and/or previous internship experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork through projects and/or extracurricular involvement.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Work with product designers and UX researchers to improve user experiences across digital platforms.
  • Support product management, agile delivery, and marketplace development for enterprise data products.
  • Assist in policy development, metadata management, and data quality initiatives.
  • Contribute to model development, data science projects, and business insights.
  • Help manage change initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and program delivery.
  • Participate in organizational design, capability modeling, and operating model transformation.
