The Commercial Insights function sits within the Commercial & Consumer Insights team and helps YETI’s Commercial organization in the Americas optimize performance across channels by enabling faster, more informed decision-making. We support Commercial teams across Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, and Supply Chain Operations by surfacing key signals, trends, and opportunities by leveraging reporting tools, analyzing large data sets, and supporting the development of self‑service and automated insight solutions. The Commercial Insights Analyst supports YETI’s Commercial organization by helping transform complex data into accessible, actionable insights that inform channel performance and business decision-making across the Americas. This role focuses on enabling the distribution and activation of insights at scale, moving beyond static reporting to support more dynamic, self-service, and automated analytics capabilities. Working closely with the Manager, Commercial Insights; you will contribute by defining requirements, building tools and collaborating with Data Engineering and Enterprise Reporting to support to the development of scalable analytics solutions—including dashboards, automated reporting workflows, and emerging AI‑enabled capabilities—that allow business partners to explore data more efficiently and independently.
