The Data Analytics Liaison role is transitioning toward a more strategic Analytics Advisor model. In addition to supporting domain needs and managing requests, this role will increasingly focus on influencing priorities, driving solution adoption, and helping shape how analytics delivers value across the organization. This is an opportunity to contribute to the future direction of our analytics function while building strong partnerships with business and clinical leaders. As part of the centralized Analytics and Business Intelligence department, a Data Analytics Liaison serves as a link between the technical team and the requestor to provide tailored customer support. This role manages relationships with all domains within the health system for analytical and business intelligence needs. Domain represents a section of operations, clinical, financial, operational, or strategic in nature, within a complex health system that rely on information to support decision-making processes (e.g. Clinical Affairs, Financial Operations, Lab, Nursing, Revenue Cycle, Strategic Affairs, etc.). The two primary objectives of this role are to manage analytical requests through the project lifecycle to ensure successful completion and to promote adoption of existing analytical solutions. Successful candidates should have strong critical thinking and project management skills (e.g. communication, time management, problem solving, adaptability, etc.) with an analytical mindset. Candidates should be comfortable operating in a dynamic environment with ability to balance multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
