About The Position

The Boeing Company’s Boeing Global Services C-17 Globemaster III organization is seeking experienced, lead, or senior Product Review engineers to join the Digital Engineering Services team as on-site data engineers supporting the Aircraft Data Reasoner Data (ADR) Analytics Service Contract. ADR is an aircraft monitoring system that gathers parametric data and produces Big Data results. Detailed analysis of this data can indicate the health of avionics and mission systems installed on the C-17. The team advises customers on achieving strong technical performance from the C-17 fleet. The role processes and assesses ADR raw data, analyzes system malfunctions using decoded aircraft bus data, reviews post-flight data for troubleshooting and aircraft health management, and conducts root-cause analysis. The engineer also develops algorithms to mine data more efficiently, prepares written recommendations for C-17 customers, and supports customer program reviews, Integrated Product Teams, and design reviews. This is a Shift 1 position. Travel may be required up to 10% of the time. The position requires a U.S. Person for export-control compliance and the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; an interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance is required after starting. Boeing will not sponsor employment visas. The position is not contingent upon a program award and is not safety sensitive. Relocation assistance is not negotiable.
