About The Position

Oliver Wyman's Data and Analytics (DNA) division, established in 2017, operates globally and is a dynamic, rapidly growing team of quantitative analytics specialists. We collaborate closely with colleagues across the firm, serving multiple industries including Financial Services, Climate & Sustainability, Energy, Retail, and Transportation. As a member of the DNA team, you will collaborate with colleagues and clients at all levels, helping to solve pressing challenges. This involves designing analytical solutions, implementing and assessing prototypes, and engaging in discussions to share ideas. Your contributions will be vital in delivering impactful results for our clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master’s, or PhD in a quantitative discipline (Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Natural Sciences, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) from a top academic program.
• Data-driven mindset and proficiency with numbers.
• Ability to explain sophisticated data science concepts in an understandable manner to clients and colleagues.
• Programming skills in Python or R.
• Strong commitment to teamwork and resilience in a creative and constantly changing environment.
• Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written).
