This is a hybrid Data Analyst position located in Los Angeles, California. The role involves gathering and analyzing data from various sources, performing data cleaning, creating reports, and supporting program operations. The analyst will also be responsible for data visualization, data entry, program reporting, and administrative duties. A key aspect of the role is to establish and maintain systems for program accountability, monitor performance, and report errors. The position requires a strong understanding of contractual agreements and excellent communication and computer skills. The analyst will also assist with customer service calls and emails, and perform other miscellaneous tasks as assigned. The role also includes responsibilities related to SQL Server database design, implementation, and troubleshooting, developing and optimizing T-SQL queries, and designing/developing ETL/ELT processes using Talend. Integration of Salesforce data into SQL Server databases, collaboration with business stakeholders, and support for enterprise data warehouse initiatives are also part of the role. The analyst will mentor staff, document data integration processes, and manage version control and deployments.
