Business Data Analyst MO and NC locations
About The Position
This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to gather data requirements and applying Data Engineering concepts such as ETL/ELT, data modeling, and data warehousing. The analyst will communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and business teams, analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, and develop complex SQL queries. The position requires working with Snowflake for data management and transformation, using Python for analysis and automation, and supporting data validation and troubleshooting. Experience with AWS services like S3, Glue, and Athena is also necessary.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake.
- Experience using Python for data analysis and automation.
- Good understanding of Data Engineering concepts (ETL/ELT, data pipelines, data modeling, data warehousing).
- Working knowledge of AWS services, particularly S3
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder collaboration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
