About The Position

We are seeking a Data Analyst (I/II) – New College Graduate to join our team and help drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze complex datasets, build and maintain dashboards, and deliver insights that support business strategy, operational efficiency, and performance tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Applied Analytics, Market Analytics, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in marketing / business development related background is preferred
• Exposure to marketing, business development, or commercial analytics is a plus
• Hands-on experience (academic or internship) with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python, with the ability to translate data into clear stories and insights
• Experience with Tableau, Databricks, and/or Salesforce preferred
• Experience working with business metrics, financial data, or operational performance data
• Curious and motivated to build domain expertise in the semiconductor industry, including markets, products, and operational processes
• Passionate about solving ambiguous problems and developing practical data solutions where requirements are not fully defined
• A strong cross-functional collaborator, able to integrate data from multiple sources and communicate insights clearly
• Proactive and ownership-driven, willing to support teammates and take initiative when capacity allows

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards for performance, behavior, and financial metrics to support informed decision-making
• Prepared, analyze, and visualized data for business reviews and executive presentations
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support change management by providing data-driven insights into business performance
• Support ad-hoc pricing and business analysis projects as needed
• Contribute to the development of data pipelines by cleaning, transforming, and integrating data from enterprise data lakes for downstream use
