About The Position

Drive reporting and analytics partnerships by serving as the primary consultation point for business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that influence organizational decision making. Design and automate scalable BI solutions and reporting processes to enhance data accessibility, operational efficiency, and the impact of analytics driven action plans. Interprets business needs, systems, and processes to act as a data business partner and translate complex information into strategic, actionable insights. Reviews existing reports, data models, and data infrastructure to ensure information remains accurate, consistent, and reliable across Customer Experience. Identifies high‑value metrics and KPIs and prepares advanced visualizations to deliver compelling data stories that support operational and strategic decision‑making. Recommends and supports the implementation of innovative analytical and reporting solutions that enhance data quality, data security, and end‑user experience. Assesses and enhances data collection and reporting processes while researching analytics trends to drive continuous improvement and sustain the long‑term vision of the Reporting & Analytics team. Follow established company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure full compliance with applicable laws, internal controls, and industry regulations related to reporting and data management. Participate in storm restoration tasks and assigned drills to support the safe, timely, and reliable recovery of services during emergency operations. Perform additional responsibilities aligned with role expectations and qualifications to support team objectives, operational continuity, and organizational flexibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a major or minor in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Information Management, or related fields.
  • 3 years' experience in data analysis, reporting, process improvement, business strategic support (interpreting key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, forecast, statistical results) and other analytical functions.
  • Experience using business systems or analytic platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language).
  • Strong Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiar with query editing, data cleansing, transformation, manipulation, and visualization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Possesses a strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently to see competing priorities through completion, on time, and with a high level of quality.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
  • Must be working proficiently in both Spanish and English.
  • Valid Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) database is considered as asset.
  • Associate’s degree in a relevant field may substitute when accompanied by a minimum of 5 years of experience performing similar functions and at least 3 years of experience performing a previous Analyst role.
  • High School or equivalent (GED) when accompanied by a minimum of 8 years of experience performing similar functions and at least 5 years of experience performing a previous Analyst role.
  • Power BI Data Analyst Certificate (Preferred)
  • Data Science Certificate (Preferred)
