The Client Experience Transformation Office (CXTO) was established to accelerate progress to leading the market in client experience excellence. Strategy is a core function within CXTO, responsible for defining and advancing the firm’s Client Experience (CX) North Star Strategy. The CXTO Strategy team is seeking an S3 Senior Strategy Analyst to support the development and shaping of the CX Strategy across USDI. This role will play a meaningful role in driving strategy work that impacts Personal Wealth, including the Crossover and Rollover client experience. The Senior Strategy Analyst will contribute to high-impact strategy initiatives and workstreams by delivering strategic analysis, competitive intelligence, and CX performance insights. This role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-level strategy efforts, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and help inform the roadmap of CX enhancements over time.
