About The Position
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and mission-driven data analyst to support strategic decision-making across the organization. You’ll be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and presenting data insights that influence everything from program design to operational efficiency. This is a key role on a growing team that values both excellence and impact.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related role
- Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Effective communicator who can simplify complex data for non-technical audiences
Nice To Haves
- Experience with SQL, R, or Python is a plus but not required
- Passion for travel, service, youth development, or humanitarian work is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations using tools like Google Sheets or BI platforms
- Create and build surveys for data collection and analysis using Qualtrics
- Collaborate with teams across HXP to translate data into actionable insights
- Monitor key metrics and report trends to support strategic decisions
- Perform ad hoc data analysis to support teams
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to trip ratings and other organizational data
- Continuously improve data processes and recommend automation where applicable
